Authentic Presence

Don't you love it when someone is really present? Do you know that feeling? A connection where you can feel the space to be yourself and where you are fully received for who you are. Where everything that's alive is welcomed.

How is it for you to be fully present? To hold space for someone else, where you can be fully connected to what's happening in you while being present for the other? Doesn't that feel amazing?

For me, authentic presence means being fully connected to my body, heart and mind. To be with everything that's present in me and stay connected to the other. To find my grounding, to feel my body and bring my energy and awareness to all parts of my body. Especially the lower parts, to create my stable base. 

We will explore our own authentic presence and the joy of connection. We will connect to our bodies in a playful way through dance, grounding bodywork and touch. We will connect to each other through authentic relating, exploring curiosity, empathy longings and boundaries.

the intention is to create a space together where we can follow the flow of the group.

At the end of the day, you will hopefully go home with more awareness of your own presence and take some tools and exercises to touch into that when needed.

The location is a 13 min walk from Wimbledon Park tube station or a 20 min walk from Wimbledon tube/train station.

Program:

10:00 Walk-in, coffee and tea 

10:30 Doors closed, morning session 

11:45-12:00 Tea break 

13:15 Lunch break, integration 

14:45 Afternoon session 

16:00-16:15 Tea break 

17:30 Closure

Coffee, tea and healthy snacks are provided.

 Please take your own lunch, or have lunch in a local cafe.
