Let's rediscover our authentic voices and explore what it truly means to be a man, not based on societal conditioning but rooted in our inherent values and qualities.

Who should attend this event?

This recurring gathering is exclusively for men.

What can you anticipate from these gatherings?

This space is by men, for men. Sometimes, it's easier for us to delve into our challenges within a male-exclusive environment. That's why it's crucial to have the support of a men's group.

We'll support and explore aspects of ourselves that we may have hidden due to shame or judgment, initially revealing them to ourselves and then to fellow men. We'll aid one another in accepting both our light and our shadows.

In this safe space, we'll have the opportunity to share, reflect, and process our issues with the support of other men. We'll tap into everyone's wisdom, knowledge, energy, and reflection to delve deeper into our individual challenges.

You can expect honesty, authenticity, candid feedback, nurturing support, and genuine connections using body-oriented techniques, authentic relating, and various other methods.

With a limited group of eight men, we'll create an environment where:

ONLY three rules apply:

1. Do harm or damage the space.
2. Do not harm yourself.
3. Do not harm others.

Within these rules, everything is accepted—yes, everything!

• You can embrace your entire self with all your strength and messiness.
• You bring your experiences, qualities, and shadows.
• You receive and provide support.
• You can share whatever's alive within you, no matter how messy.
• You can lean on me and others to unpack and process ANYTHING.

This space allows you to express joy and anger, vulnerability and strength, laughter and sadness, compassion and resentment—everything is welcome.

The space is open for now, but the goal is to nurture a committed group of men who truly know one another. You're welcome to try it out. After your first session, consider committing for three months; we'll discuss it with you.

About Me

I'm on the same journey as you, and I bring my experience as a body-oriented therapist and integral coach.

For over a decade, I've immersed myself in men's work, exploring my own masculinity and supporting other men on the same path. I hold a comprehensive education as an integral coach specializing in relationships and intimacy and am a certified body-oriented psychotherapist.

I aim to bring my whole self and experiences during each event.

Investment: 

Contribution: £20 per session 

First-time attendees: £15 

Monthly membership: £35

• Two weekly sessions on Tuesdays, where we connect with ourselves and each other to share and process.
• Access to a private online group where I/we share content and offer support.
• Inclusion in a WhatsApp/Signal group for check-ins.
• Enjoy a 10% discount on all my other services (excluding ongoing therapy).
